What really helps in creating your content calendar for the month is knowing what is going on. A good social media director will be able to come up with creative ways to showcase your content, but it's always good to use actual experiences that are happening. If you have tech week for a show, performances out of town, or a conference you're attending, be sure to include that in your end of month meeting.

You can ask them during your weekly check in, or send an email anytime.
