Every Friday on Instagram Live I host WLTW - or What I Learned This Week. It’s a fun way to share little bits of info that I picked up and to hear what you learned.

Less Analytics is More Useful.
I used to give these elaborate End of Month diatribes to my clients filling them in on many, many analytics that I thought was giving them a clear picture of their social media landscape. It didn't. It just muddied the waters for them. Find 5 - 10 meaningful insights for all of your platforms TOTAL and track them. Set quarterly goals and check in with them each week to stay on track.
This weekI launched the new system and literally one of my clients applauded at the brevity and clarity the more impactful numbers provided.
If you want to read more about finding the right numbers to track, I highly recommend the book Traction by Gino Wickman.
