The whole idea behind StoryBrand is you want to create a clear and compelling message for your audience. Then, you want to distill that message into seven talking points that make up a BrandScript. Just like how actors use lines from a script to know what to say onstage, business owners can use lines from a BrandScript to know what to say in their marketing.

Donald Miller created the StoryBrand framework and made it popular in his book Building a StoryBrand. In this framework, he coined the phrase, “if you confuse you’ll lose.” He also introduced the notion that the customer is the hero in the story. The best marketing makes it clear what you offer, how it will make your customer’s life better, and how they can get it.

The first thing to know is that StoryBrand sets its own prices, and then Guides can also offer their own packages. So you may see some amounts on the internet from other Guides that are slightly different. I keep the prices pretty much the same as on StoryBrand’s website, in order to keep it simple.

General Ticket

Your first option is a $995 general ticket. This ticket gets you access to the two-day virtual event. You’ll hear from Donald Miller, J.J. Peterson - co-authors of Marketing Made Simple - and be matched up with a StoryBrand Certified Guide to coach your small group sessions during the event. You’ll get The StoryBrand 7-Part Framework Participant Workbook. You will also get the StoryBrand Marketing Checklist Execution Workbook.

 
 

Annie’s VIP Experience

Next is the  $1495 Annie’s VIP Experience. With this ticket you’ll get everything with the general ticket plus a few perks.

  • You’ll be placed in a smaller group with no more than five people.

  • You’ll have me facilitating. I’ve led many groups through this two-day process and am considered a veteran StoryBrand Guide. I also train other marketers to become StoryBrand Guides. So, you’ll be in good hands! (See some of the groups I’ve worked with below.)

Time Commitment

The StoryBrand Workshop is two days long. Each starts starts at 10a CT and finishes at 4p CT.

What role does the StoryBrand Certified Guide play in the StoryBrand Marketing Livestream?

During the course of the two days, you will be matched up with a StoryBrand Certified Guide who is going to coach you through the process. There will be times when you’ll hear lectures live from Donald Miller, J. J. Peterson, or another trainer at StoryBrand.

Then, you’ll have a chance to brainstorm ideas to implement each of the parts of the framework for your brand.

After that, you’ll meet with your assigned StoryBrand Certified Guide to get feedback and coaching on what you’ve come up with. This is where so much of the magic happens.

If you’ve registered to be in my group, then we’ll be matched up. Otherwise, you’ll be assigned a StoryBrand Guide that has been certified for at least a year.

This Guide will help make your messaging clearer. Just like how it’s hard to read the label from inside the bottle, it’s hard to apply the StoryBrand framework to your own brand. By working with a Guide you’ll get a set of fresh eyes and an outsider’s perspective on your marketing.

What support is available after the Livestream?

After the two-day livestream you have a few options for ongoing support.

  • Included in Annie’s VIP Experience you’ll get a review of your website with some recommendations on how to make it more aligned with the BrandScript that you’ll have crafted in the workshop.
